Statewide Campaigns

States have taken very different approaches to outreach. Some, like California's “Face it-It's a Crime” Campaign, follow a plan that was developed for statewide implementation. In contrast, the Texas' “Not Forgotten” campaign was designed so that the state's regions and local communities could carry out their own outreach activities by providing them with materials and instructions.
